In addition

V-mentors are provided with an Orientation Session and V-mentor Handbook and will have access to additional support via V-mentor Coach . The purpose of these resources is to equip the V-mentor with all the information and training they need to be successful in their V-mentoring relationship.

There is also a V-mentoring Message Board. This board allows members of the MineMentor V-mentoring community to network with and learn from each other.
In addition, V-mentors and V-mentees have access to a V-mentoring Toolbox with additional resources.

If there is any reason you think a particular V-mentee might not be appropriate for you, or that they might benefit more from someone else's experience, please contact us at minementor@mihr.ca
